"Hi Mike, I want to take a minute to report on my day at your marina.

If anyone wants to inquire as to the quality of your marina or your staff's capabilities just have them go watch them work or have them call me I arrived this morning at 7:00 to watch your crew ready our boat and launch it for the hydraulic system sea trial.

It was a treat to watch your crew work together and very confidence inspiring. Watching your crew work together today reinforced the first impression we got when we delivered the boat last week.

Please tell your staff thank you for us, we're glad our boat is at the Severn River Marina!

We are tucked into a beautiful anchorage at Mill Creek on the Great Wicomoco River after a smooth trip up here yesterday.  All oil levels are normal; the transmission works smoothly, no belt noise...and to my knowledge, we are not trailing a crab pot!!!  I am most appreciative of the cheerful, competent and timely service you gave us under trying circumstances for us.  THANK YOU one and all.  I would be most happy to serve as a reference for your yard if you want.  Good luck to  you all on your renovation.

I’m sure that every boater who has ever stayed at Bay Creek Marina recognizes and appreciates what a fine facility this is. But, I wanted to comment on your staff, particularly John Wise, during our stay at Bay Creek over the Memorial Day weekend.

I cannot imagine how anyone could be more attentive and accommodating that John was during our stay. We try to be low maintenance boaters wherever we go but John made a point of stopping by our slip (C-13) frequently to see if there was anything we needed from him or your other employees. Kudos to John Wise and the rest of your staff for a job well done during a very, very busy weekend! Please pass our thanks along.

"I believe it is very important to ensure your organization is aware of two outstanding individuals providing superior customer service at Bay Creek; specifically Ms Lenore Savage & Mr. Mike Ladas. It is the opinion of this yacht owner and visitor, that these two individuals are an integral part in my decision to return to Bay Creek.

The customer service Mike Ward and Lenore Savage provide, as well as their professional and accommodating attitude is a breath-of-fresh-air each time I visit. I cannot begin to write the many items each have assisted me with but all were beyond my expectations of customer service. What is most important to mention is these two individuals are “good people” and they really seem to care about the client. I am aware there are others employed at Bay Creek that I have yet to meet, but I honestly feel that everyone there must be under one of excellent leadership skill that is experienced by the by the staff.

I have had opportunity to visit over 30 marinas in the Chesapeake Bay and as far as Key West FL. I’ve traveled many places alone and in groups with fellow boaters; I can honesty write with validity that Bay Creek is one of my top marinas to visit every year, and as long as you maintain good people like Lenore and Mike, I will continue to enjoy my reoccurring visits.
